Totem Pole Removed

If you go by Centennial Park at the corner of Fourth and Holmes St. you’ll notice a piece of public art is no longer standing tall. The totem pole has been removed so that it may undergo a maintenance evaluation. We’ll update the community upon completion of the evaluation.

The totem pole was carved by artist Adam "Fortunate Eagle" Nordwall in 1969.

Public art is abundant throughout the city. How many pieces of public art do you walk by or drive by every day? View the public art guide to find out where all the pieces are located.
