COVID-19 Vaccine

ELIGIBILITY UPDATE:  Alameda County residents ages 16+ are now eligible for a vaccine appointment based on available supply. Schedule yours at My Turn.

Alameda County Public Health's vaccine website provides information about the COVID-19 vaccine, local planning, and state and federal planning and resources.

Current COVID-19 vaccine supply is limited, and Alameda County is following the State’s vaccine prioritization guidance.

Alameda County Fairgrounds is open for appointment-only COVID-19 vaccinations. Beginning February 17, the Alameda County Fairgrounds became a vaccination site for those with appointments through Stanford Health Care-ValleyCare, Sutter Health, and Alameda County Health Department. Supply is limited and drop-ins are not allowed.

Oakland Coliseum mass community-based vaccination site is open for appointments for eligible individuals. Visit My Turn to schedule yours.

Veterans, their spouses, and caregivers are eligible for COVID-19 vaccine through the VA Palo Alto Health Care System at the Veterans Memorial Building, 522 S. L Street in Livermore. Call (650) 496-2535 Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm to schedule an appointment. More information.

Those who do not have internet access are advised to call their health care provider for vaccine information and assistance with scheduling a vaccine appointment when eligible to receive one. They may also call (510) 208-4VAX or contact Senior Support of the Tri-Valley at (925) 462-1755 for assistance in scheduling an appointment.
